Judgment Day Has Come
An Overview of the Final
Judgment Process:
The Unification Movement or Unificationism centered on
Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon’s prophetic message from Lord Jesus Christ and his
spiritual teachings found in the Divine Principle has spearheaded over the past
80 years a third and final reformation of Christianity towards the goal of establishing
God’s Kingdom on Earth.
The focus of this new heavenly kingship on Earth is to
be “the Rule of Love” as compared to the present “Rule of Law” expounded in Democracy.
To differentiate this Age of the Rule of Love from the previous Age of grace,
which the whole 2000 year period of human history has now become, Rev. Moon coined
a new age called “the Completed Testament Age” (CTA). This age began from 1993
as shown in fig 1.

To prepare all humankind to
receive the merit of this New Age everyone needs to separate from the
historical "sovereignty of Evil" which we are currently living under. By "sovereignty of evil" we are referring to governance characterized by selfish human actions done with impunity to the Rule of Law. This includes petty and major crimes, acts of corruption, murder, immorality or other forms of selfish living. The global separation process is symbolized in the bible as “Final Judgment” or “Judgment Day”. The Divine Principle of the late Rev. Dr. Sun
Myung Moon clearly explains the details of what this process entails and will
not be repeated here except to say that it involves the process of divine
justice working to transform us all into true children of God not just to put us in jail of send us to Hell. This is the core
vision of all "Central Blessed Families” as members of the Global Unification
Movement.
The details of this process of
final world judgment are also outlined in Revelation chapter 14 as the Fall of
Babylon or the Harvest period. The focus and purpose of the final judgment of
the Old World Order is to use restorative justice to recreate a world of global
peace and harmony as a prelude for the rise of Heaven’s Peace Kingdom on Earth.
It can be shown that this process is very similar to the Truth &
Reconciliation process (TRC process) used globally as a transitional justice
mechanism for peace building.
It entitles the exposure of a
group of people (tribe, nation or world) to historical Truth with the goal of reconciling
their past into a new future. The bible calls this “opening of the book of life”
in Rev. 20:12. Reconciliation then refers to the process of transforming,
recreating or restoring the current conflicted nature of the group to an
assumed original good nature full of righteousness and love. The success of
this TRC process on a global level is the expectation of awakening humankind to
their true original selves as children of the one True God. This great
awakening or final Judgment period is expected to transition us all into a New
World Order of governance under a culture of eternal peace on Earth.
The harbingers of this new World
Order (a New Heaven and New Earth) are called “the Tabernacles of God on Earth”
in Rev. 21:1-3 or the twin Prophets or “two witnesses” in Rev. 11:3-4. The Unification
Movement calls them “the True Parents”. They are destined to open the gateway
of physical salvation on earth as compared to the spiritual salvation provided after the death and resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ & the Holy Spirit.
It is important during this final period of
history that all people who fear and love God, strive to overcome all hatred
and bitterness as resentment to their fellow man. Especially Christians and other religious groups should
not involve themselves in violence and bloodshed for selfish purpose such as
political power or vengeance. For this kind of action will release historical,
invisible and cosmic evil forces linked to the Pre-Old Testament Age (?BC to 2000 BC) and the Old Testament Age (2000 BC to 0 AD) merit as work of Divine Justice and the Wrath of God (see Rev. 14:9,10).
(Rev 14:9-10KJV) And the third angel followed them, saying
with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image (symbolic of those under the
sovereignty of Evil), and
receive his mark in his forehead, (think evil) or in his hand (do Evil), The
same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured
out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented
with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence
of the Lamb ( symbolizing Divine Judgment):

These forces will work as
restorative forces to judge those involved so as to restore harmony and balance
WHILE SEPARATING THE GOOD from the EVIL. They come to bear because of leaders
or individuals who choose to interfere with the new cosmic order of things
representing heavenly law. In this Completed
Testament Age these laws may choose to work in mysterious ways but usually they
work as restorative judgment to bring healing and spiritual awakening as the
harvest of the age, not so much retributive judgment as during the Old Testament Age with "an eye for an eye" or "a tooth for a tooth".
Their collective action is what we call “Divine Judgment”. From 1993
with the rise of the CTA these forces sort to conclude our global separation
from the sovereignty of Evil as shown in fig 2 above.
In future articles we shall
show how these forces have worked in Liberia since the beginning of our civil
conflict in 1980, to prepare us as one of the 12 nations destined to receive
the New Jerusalem descending from Heaven during this 21st century (read
Rev. 21: 10, 13):
“And
he carried me away in the sprit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me
that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God… And the
walls of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve
apostles of the lamb.” Rev 21:10, 14
This New Jerusalem refers to the ideological
vision of heaven’s work to transition the "Old World Order" centered on the
United Nations since 2000, into a "New World Order" centered on a new Federation
of Global Nations meant to exist on Earth by 3014 AD. The current focus of the
Global Unification Movement founded by Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon and his wife Dr.
Hak-ja Han-Moon is to see the substance of this vision by 2020. This would mean the coming together of at least 12 nations willing to proclaim their acceptance of Godism and the
Head-Wing Thought as a new global democratic ideology working towards the ideal
of a Unified World of co-existence, co-prosperity and common good of all citizens organized as
central blessed families.
